Where do I set it and forget it in?
Man I know chuck is a cheaper cut but affordable is 5$/lb for me, so that means mostly chicken, ground beef and sometimes pork

More brown people slop. Milk, beef, eggs. Then Milk, Pork, Eggs. Then salad, chicken, fruit. Repeat daily until huge and white. Doesnt work for subhumans
