I have spent most of my life thinking about how to optimize productivity in pursuit of self-development. I have an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, a medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and residency-training at a Harvard-affiliated hospital. I am now a board-certified doctor practicing in the US. This entire channel is dedicated to the art and science of learning, productivity and success.
