  1. I am having a good deal of pain in my lower back, I need exercises to strengthen the lower back where I have advanced degenerative problems. I can usually walk anywhere from 100 to 300 feet then have to sit, I can weed wack for five minutes then I have to sit, or lean on something to take strain off my back. I am currently working with the VA and PT to help with this, but I bought Myosource bands and there really isn’t much help online (that I can find) that give specific exercises for the old man back.

  2. I am a 77 year old male and just starting out. What size (weight) pull up band should I get?
