How INCREDIBLY unhelpful, unincisive, and UTTERLY surface level this was.
I’m blown away by the incompetent attitude of this video. This is for 8 year olds, who are possibly the only people on earth who haven’t gone LEVELS AND LEVELS deeper than this, already, in their own lives, experiences, educations, travails, and hardships.
SAY _SOMETHING_ – *ANYTHING* – of ANY true value, whatsoEVER – but don’t put THIS banal video of a comfortable, professionally-set earner out there, telling us NOTHING… and pretend it’s actually ANY kind of even MINIMALLY helpful ‘content’ for people with depression.
I probably need to unsubscribe, at this point – this has been worse than a waste of time and effort, with all due respect. It’s insultingly patronizing to publish such inane ‘information.’
its quite shocking how only a few people know about book underground body codex by prince marvok
I truly do not believe in depression or anxiety, I’d like to have a in-depth discussion on this but never happens?
