  2. Tip 0: don’t have adhd
    I’ll try some of these- and some of them are things I’ve tried and can’t keep consistently.

    the one about being real with your priorities is extremely real, but also kind of circumstantial and sometimes contradictory. For example, one can’t (or at least it is very difficult to) simultaneously prioritize having homecooked meals and providing shelter if multiple jobs are required or there are other circumstances that limit one’s available time and energy.

    I also find the the work/break timing to work pretty well, and I’ve started combining my hobby of design and embellishment with the need of time management to actually make use of my weekly planner instead of letting it sit in my bag for months. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a way to force myself to care about things that don’t interest me but are necessary.

  3. I’d say: don’t create “fake stress”. Don’t get distracted or side tracked then get mad when time becomes a problem.
