  1. A classic from the woke era. They picked some real lookers here. I thought Kate Moss was gonna pop up in a minute.

  2. #1- be willing to offer time. No one knows how to help, or what to say, and sometimes it doesn’t matter, you’re gonna get yelled at anyhow. The support, awareness, suggestions, attempting to change the situation…that may only be possible if you spend a lot of time with the person…now, not years ago or when they (we 😉 get better. It won’t be easy and it may not get better…it may get worse…it’s important to recognize this.

  3. Fully understand and that’s me on contact with people. Medication has worked on me to get rid of anger but has increased my other issues such as sadness.
