  1. Will, you showed front and side shoulder exercises, however you missed showing the back shoulder exercise. I have bought a set of bands just like the ones you’re using. I did a lot of hammering in my job, whilst working. I’m now retired, and though both shoulder ache, my right shoulder at times actually hurts, in different situations. Would you pleas show more types of exercises for the shoulders and back please.
