  1. The 60 minute limit is such a game changer for recovery. I used to grind for 2 hours and just get sick constantly. After an embarrasingly long time of doing that I switched to a tighter 45 min split and used apps like hermq to both generate and track it for me (if I do it myself I end up making it 2h again) andmy strength actually shot up, so I definitey recommend the “less is more” strategy.
