  1. Hey ,

I’ve been working on my copywriting skills and created a few samples for you. Feel free to use them if you find them helpful.

Could you please let me know where I can share them with you? I understand that sharing them in YouTube comments may not be ideal.

  2. After every workout session, I feel a clean hit of dopamine that lasts for a few hours and makes me feel a lot better when I’m down. It really works. I can’t even imagine my life now without at least 3-4 weight lifting sessions a week.

  3. So true is was training in gym for most of my life but have struggled with panic attacks and depression last 15 years so not able to train in gym anymore because of depression BUT I’m doing home workouts almost everyday day from aerobic workouts and light weight dumbbell workouts is still exersice and cheaper than gym
