  1. ‘A’ multivitamin is ~equivalent to the combined vegetables in an average dinner or ~1(-2) serving of really vegetables per’ per pill. The point is you really need ~ the volume of 1 serving a day to maintain health. i mean a brand name multi vit/mineral pill for adults. Just the findings, experiment at your own risk. *Thank You.*

  2. Do not buy Swisse products, some are made in Israel and if you have any ethics or morals you will not buy a product that supports the Genocidal Israhell war machine. BOYCOTT SWISSE

Also with regards to vitamin D Has you age, the skin does not produce the same amount of vitamin D from the same exposure as it would when you were younger, so vitamin D supplementation is wise as you get older. And also dark or black skinned people make a lot less vitamin D from sun exposure due to their dark skin. It’s quite common for dark or black skinned people to be vitamin D deficient.
