  1. This is a bit off topic, but when I stared carnivore, I did not think there was any way I could primarily only eat eggs, butter, beef & bacon. But I heard Dr Berry say that if you only eat when you are “truly hungry,” you can be satisfied eating the same foods everyday. I was skeptical ~ but, he was RIGHT. Plus, I find that filling up with these foods satisfies me with one meal a day on most days. I’ve been surprised by that. After doing this for a few weeks, I’ve lost lbs, my clother fit better, I have more energy, less aches and pain ~ just much better in general. At almost 80 yrs old, I am thrilled to feel this good!!! I know my body is saying “Thank You” for not polluting me with carbs and for making my job much easier! 😊
