  1. I was wanting info on male self sabatoging behavior. We all can help someone. Cultural traditions very much make the difference but we all have our projections where we panick and self sabotage s connection in our healing journey even if its the first liner/greeting that went wrong.

  2. I needed this after breaking down to my wife during a conversation. I myself and learning so much about me and mental health in my adulthood and it is rough. I applaud this brother and this drives me to further my calling in my career as a pharmacist

  3. This has truly inspired me to do therapy. I am in therapy and I realized the colonial hierarchy within mental health. I believe the field needs more transparent people to help minority people reconstruct.

  4. I keep seeing every comment saying how this helped them so much. All I got from this is I need people like me to do therapy for me to get better.

Not to be corny but I still feel exactly the same as I was before I finished this whole video.
