  1. A question, for breakfast I have a protein shake followed by granola with mixed in fruit in with natural yogurt and honey, is this acceptable because there is still a fair amount of sugar fairly early into the morning

  2. Isnt it controversial to say “Do not use your phone for the first hour of the day” but also saying to use your app to collect xp and do the task like a to-do list. Or did I get anything wrong? That was the only question in my head, the rest of the video was good.
