  2. Dude Idli should also be included, this is typical British breakfast recipes. Go local, go Indian. Include Guavas they have more vitamin C than berries. Idli is steamed and fermented, excellent source of protein. Add Rajgira to diet. Excellent source of fibre and amino acids
