I take liposomal multivitamins, they are amazing, omega 3 forte, magnesium glicinate, and arthro complex, of course creatine monohidrate, and in the evening NAC to help the liver a little bit, I do a mix of calistenics and weight lifting, and am an ectomorph 😂😂 need to eat like a motherfucker
