  1. Ever since I shifted my workout from afternoon to morning, my morning routine with workout included became game changer until now! By the way, getting a natural sunlight from the sun isn’t very easy. I also live in Vancouver, Canada. So, it depends on where you live based on getting an instant sunlight after waking up early.

  2. I love my morning routine! I wake up when I wake up. I struggle with getting 7-8 hours sleep so I try to sleep as long as I can. And I only use an alarm if I have to catch a flight or an early morning commitment which isn’t often. I worked very hard to have this routine.

  3. Maybe Brendan only needs 6 hrs of sleep and shouldn’t stress about getting more. I only need 6 to 6-1/2 hrs myself.
